Applications to the Professional Diploma courses are accepted throughout the year.
Applications are reviewed and processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Class size is limited to allow for personal and individual classroom attention.
As a part of the application process, personal interviews with prospective students are designed to ascertain suitability for the program and to clarify mutual expectations. Each applicant is evaluated in the following areas:
- Academic potential
- Emotional maturity and stability
- Personal motivation and goals
A telephone interview can be scheduled for applicants who cannot attend an in-person interview due to distance. The College evaluates applicants without discrimination on the basis of race, citizenship, ethnic origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital/family status or handicap.
A candidate who does not fulfill the requirement of a High School Diploma but is 21 years of age or older as of the first official day of classes, or is 19 years of age and has been out of school for one year, may apply as a Mature Student.. You should schedule an appointment with an Admissions Officer to receive a list of recommended upgrading courses and to discuss your case.

The responsibility for obtaining all of the required government clearances to attend a program at Spa Masters Training Academy, including a student visa is the sole responsibility of the student.
Spa Masters International has attempted to identify some of the general student visa rules as it broadly understands them but Spa Masters International accepts no responsibility for their accuracy since they have no control over their application to each student's case.
It is therefore the responsibility of the student to confirm these details in advance with the South Africa home Affairs department in their respective countries We as a company will do our best to render assistance to the best of our abilities where required.
In order for an Unconditional Letter of Acceptance to be granted to an applicant, the student must meet the following requirements:
- Submit an application form along with the application fee
- International students are required to pay 50% of tuition fees prior to applying for the visa. On receipt of such monies being received the Institute will supply the student with an acceptance letter.
- However if a student visa is denied, all monies with the exception of the application fee will be refunded in full.*
- For those whose first language is not English OR who have not been educated at an English language school OR who live in a country where English is not the only official language, Please note all classes are conducted in English it is the students responsibility to go for English lessons prior to joining classes.
